Add, edit, or delete Google Maps reviews & ratings

On Google Maps, you can write reviews for places you visit. You can also leave info or post photo updates near a place, like if it's tranquillity and romantic or if it'southward under renovation.

Tip: Your reviews and opinions are voluntary. We don't pay reviewers to add reviews to Google Maps.

About public info

All reviews are public and anyone can observe what you lot add together. You lot're unable to add an anonymous review.

Add together a rating or review

To aid you lot share an experience, or help others choose or make a better decision, you can add ratings or reviews.

Before you add a rating or review, make sure to follow the content policy. Reviews and ratings may exist removed from the folio, and in most cases, they are removed for policy violations similar spam or inappropriate content.

On your computer, sign in to Google Maps.
Search for a place.

"Googleplex" is typed in the search bar on Google Maps. A list of results is displayed below.

On the left, gyre and click Write a review.

In Google Maps, a review summary of a Googleplex location is displayed in the left sidebar. It shows the average review ratings, review highlights, a button that says "Write a review," and a list of all reviews.

To score the place, click the stars. You can as well write a review.

In Google Maps, a pop-up window displays a form to write a review for Googleplex. There are 5 stars selected for the rating, a text field to write review details, and a button with a camera to upload photos. At the bottom of the pop-up window, there is a "Cancel" button and a "Post" button.

Your review shows upwardly in Google Maps until you lot have it down. Later your review is published, you can edit it or change the rating and pictures y'all included.

The reviews and ratings you find in Google Maps were added by other users.

Tip: The date on a review is the appointment it was published.

On your computer, open Google Maps.
Search for a place.
Beneath the place'south name, you can find a rating.
To read reviews, on the right of the rating, click the number of reviews.

On your Google Business relationship, go to your languages settings.
On the right, click Edit and select a language.
Reload Google Maps and cheque the review again.

Reply to a review of your business

When you open up your Business organization Profile on Google Maps on your computer, yous can answer to individual reviews.

Tip: To reply to reviews, you must verify your business profile.

To reply to reviews from your Business Profile on Google Maps:

On your figurer, open Google Maps.
Enter your business name. And then, click Search or hit Enter.
On your concern profile, curl to "Reviews."
To answer to a review, click Reply.

Mark a review as helpful

On your reckoner, open Google Maps.
Search for a identify.
Beneath the place's proper name, click the number of reviews.
To mark a review helpful, click Helpful. The author is notified just your name and info aren't shown. The full number of helpful votes is shown.

Tips:

To remove your vote, tap the icon again.
If the review is illegal or violates Google policy, you lot can report a review.

Report a review
